Hillary's vs MLK Jr's Dreams

It appears that Hillary Clinton's dream for America differs just slightly from that of Martin Luther King Jr:

Dr. King:
I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

Mrs. Clinton:
Yes, we want to be judged by the content of our character and not the color of our skin. But what makes up character? If we don't take race as part of our character, then we are kidding ourselves.

Oh.

So, Mrs. Clinton, given your vastly superior intellect, could you kindly tell me exactly which character traits are determined by skin color?
